Following our successful 'Come & Try Ladies Rugby' series we will start working through a basic skills training block starting on Wednesday 1 February from 1900 - 2030
Week 1 & 2: Tackling
Week 3 & 4: Passing & catching
Week 5 & 6: Kicking
Week 7 & 8: Rucking
Week 9 & 10: Line-outs
Following this initial training focus we will then have a review week to see how we are getting on and look to change or refocus our sessions based on your feedback. Each week you will get a physical focus and either a mental or emotional focus to help us build up to perform some more complex skills. To help players understand drills, skills areas and more, coaches will send videos to watch prior to the session.
Even if the pitch is frozen we will be doing session work inside so please still attend!
