Membership clubs are popular, and for a good reason. Once perceived as being “just for the wealthy”; this is not the case nowadays and our club welcomes people from all walks of life who can come together and enjoy shared interests (Rugby in our case). Whether you love playing, supporting sport, socialising or are interested in giving back to the community within the Club, there is something for everyone.

We are very proud to have the reputation of being a being a very sociable club and strive to provide a “Home away from Home” vibe, meeting the needs to many demographics of members, for example new people moving to the Lochaber Area, looking to make new friends, network to professionals, current local business owners etc or simply seeking an escape with like-minded people who enjoy socialising.

Membership Information:
At Lochaber R.F.C. after you join initially, our members pay an annual fee which is due for renewal on the 1st September each year, an email will be sent out to you as well as announcements put on our social media pages, websites and groups as a form of reminder. We have 4 categories of membership Life, Senior Playing, Youth Playing and Non-Playing (Social) and we currently offer a discount for Playing Students (in full time education and apprentices) as well as Over 65 Non Playing Members. You will receive a Membership card each year as proof of your current membership status.

Exclusive to Members:
Current members (excluding Youth) can apply to book the Clubhouse for Private Functions. We ask that you complete the booking form and submit it to the email address provided at the bottom. Your application will be considered by the Committee and we will get back to you to confirm if we can accommodate your request.

Current senior members an sign in up to four guests to the Clubhouse, for example, when we have Club Nights / Events, and in addition they also have opportunity to apply for the FREE use of our Clubhouse should they wish to book it for a private function for their personal/family events or Training Courses should they need facilities for their business or workplace if they don’t have adequate facilities. You are also entitled to apply for International Rugby tickets, but if demand exceeds supply, it is possible that not everyone will be successful.

When you join us you get access to special deals and discounts that are only available to our Life, Snr Players and Non-Playing (Social) members. We have special agreements with local businesses that let members save money on things like dining, vehicle maintenance, entertainment etc. These discounts make joining our club an intelligent financial choice, not just a fun social one.
