Senior Training
• Men’s (Over 18) Training Sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday night between 7 pm and 9 pm (please arrive at least 15 minutes before training is due to start) We usually have pre-season “Social Mixed Touch” rugby training - keep an eye on our social media or Website for announcements.
• Women’s (Over 18) Training Sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday between 6.30 – 8pm (please arrive at least 15 minutes before training is due to start) We usually have “Come & Try Sessions” at the start and during the season – keep an eye on our social media or Website for announcements.
Are you new to the area and want to join in - then come up and see us - are always happy to welcome all new players, experienced or beginners! Players of all abilities are welcome. Seek out the Captain or Coach on arrival and introduce yourself – they will answer any queries you may have about our Club – just bring your normal training kit… boots, top, shorts, tracksuit bottoms etc.

Games
Men’s games are typically scheduled on Saturdays with a 2 pm or 3 pm kick-off - this is dependent on the date.
Women’s games are typically schedules on Sundays with kick off times at 2pm or 3pm – this is dependent on the date

After Match
After the game is over, our volunteers provide the visiting team with a complementary 2 course meal but we normally have plenty spare to feed our own players for a small fee to cover the cost of the food.
