Ailsa McAleer is a much loved and respected coach at Lochaber RFC. Ailsa is a very experienced coach as well as a fully qualified Paramedic. In addition to all that - she is also our Child Protection Officer - so is pretty busy looking after everyone's interests!

She checks everything from the First Aid Bags to ensuring that we are up to date with all the latest regulations for the safe keeping of our younger players at Lochaber. The courses arranged by Ailsa ensure that we have people in the club trained and confident to deal with situations that may happen on the pitch during a match.

We also have a Defibrillator fixed to the wall at the front of the Clubhouse to use in the event of a cardiac emergency. This is also available for the local Community to use.
